
Dr. Tho H. Pham, PharmD, BCIDPDr. Tho H. Pham is the Antimicrobial Resistance/Antimicrobial Stewardship Lead at the Arizona Department of Health Services. She earned her PharmD from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy-Glendale Campus, followed by an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency at HonorHealth John C Lincoln Medical Center and the Infectious Diseases Translational Research Fellowship at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy-Glendale Campus. Her current interests are antimicrobial stewardship, public health, outreach/education, and dose optimization. She is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), the Society of Infectious Disease Pharmacist (SIDP), and the American Society of Microbiology (ASM).
