Sponsor benefits:
Sponsor logo to appear on the event website, event mobile app, on-site signage, and everywhere that the course is mentioned in promotion for the convention. List of attendees (no email addresses).
- Two-hour lunch session during WRDE
- 30 maximum attendees (this includes any sponsoring company staff that will be included in the final food count).
- Plated lunch for the attendees. The menu selection is at the discretion of AzDA.
- Attendees would register for the lunch program through the WRDE event registration page along with their other courses.
- Use of meeting space at the Renaissance for a total of three hours.
- Sponsor can display/pass out collateral inside of the lunchroom.
- Any AV charges would be billed to the Sponsor separately (microphone, projector, screen, etc) and will not be included in the sponsorship price.
- Sponsorship price is not dependent on the final number of attendees.
