Dr. Joy Void-Holmes has spent 29 years in dentistry — starting at the front desk at 16, licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist, and earning her Doctor of Health Science. She built the P3 Hygiene Growth System™ to solve a specific problem: hygiene departments that work hard but don`t grow. As a Hygiene Profit and Practice Valuation Consultant, Dr. Joy helps dental practices, DSOs, and manufacturers turn hygiene into a growth engine and valuation multiplier. Her P3 framework redesigns hygiene systems to be standardized, team friendly, and tied to the numbers — capturing missed revenue, lifting recare and case acceptance, and adding tens of thousands in annual hygiene profit per provider, often seven figures to an eventual sale price. Dr. Joy speaks nationally on clinical excellence, periodontal care, the business of hygiene, inclusive leadership, infection control, and professional well-being. She translates clinical and financial complexity into systems clinicians and owners can implement immediately. She is the founder of Dr. Joy, RDH and co-founder of Jell-Ed. Dr. Joy serves on the editorial advisory board for RDH magazine, GUM Pro RDH Advisory Board, and as a consultant examiner for the ADEX examination board. She previously served on the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners.
