The Importance of Picking the Executor for Your Comprehensive Estate Planning

Saturday, April 101:00pm – 3:00pm

Choosing the right executor is one of the most important decisions in comprehensive estate planning. The executor will be responsible for carrying out your wishes, managing your assets, paying debts and taxes, and guiding your estate through the legal process after your death. Because this role requires organization, trustworthiness, good judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive family matters, selecting the wrong person can create delays, conflict, and unnecessary expenses. Understanding what an executor does and how to choose the best person for the job helps ensure that your estate is administered efficiently and in accordance with your intentions.
