Rich Andrus, MBA, SIOR, CCIM

Rich Andrus specializes in selling and leasing office and investment properties throughout Arizona, with an emphasis on medical and dental tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. His innate ability to establish relationships with landlords and tenants alike allows him to make an immediate impact in any situation. Since joining Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate in 2010, Rich has participated in thousands of dental real estate negotiations across the United States, selling and leasing more than $400 million of total consideration. He brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to each client he serves. Rich graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a dual minor in Economics and Spanish. Additionally, he graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Master`s in Business Administration.
