The 2025 WRDE On-site Guide will be distributed to all attendees at the show and available at kiosks near registration. The WRDE On-site Guide, is the road map for WRDE 2025 and includes course schedules, room locations, exhibit hall and exhibitor listings.  The on-site guide is viewed an average of six times a day by the attendees.

Deadline for space reservation: Ad space reservations are due on Thursday, February 27, 2025; and artwork is due on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

Sponsor logo and booth number to appear on the bottom third of an aisle sign in the Exhibit Hall. Aisle stickers are placed on the Exhibit Hall.

Get in front of attendees and drive traffic to your booth to increase your ROI. The WRDE Mobile App has been downloaded by 5,500 attendees, and during the last WRDE meeting it had 155,000 page views, and attendees viewed almost 23 pages per session for an average session duration of eight minutes.

Because WIFI is provided throughout the facility, attendees keep their phones close and routinely use the Mobile App to view convention notifications, course schedules, speakers, download CE certificates, view Exhibit Hall show specials, and review a list of vendors in the Exhibit Hall. The WRDE Mobile App is compatible with both Apple and Android phones and is free for attendees.

$3,750 for 30 pre-registered attendees

• Two-hour lunch session during WRDE
• 30 maximum attendees (this includes any sponsoring company staff that will be included in the final food count).
• Plated lunch for the attendees. The menu selection is at the discretion of AzDA.
• Attendees would register for the lunch program through the WRDE event registration page along with their other courses.
• Use of meeting space at the Renaissance for a total of three hours.
• Sponsor can display/pass out collateral inside of the lunchroom.
• Any AV charges would be billed to the Sponsor separately (microphone, projector, screen, etc) and will not be included in the sponsorship price.
• Sponsorship price is not dependent on the final number of attendees.

Sponsor the Official Attendee Water Bottles. Customized and co-branded with your logo and the Arizona Dental Association logo. The water bottle is repeatedly used by attendees at the convention and will continue to be used long after the convention ends. Sponsor can choose to distribute the water bottles from their booth in the Exhibit Hall or from a dedicated location near registration.

Sponsor the Official Attendee Tote Bags. Sponsor may choose from a variety of bags and print colors.   Sponsor logo to appear on the official attendee tote bags along with the Arizona Dental Association’s logo. The official attendee convention tote bags are distributed to all meeting attendees (approximately 3,000 attendees) throughout the event. Attendee tote bags are one of the most popular items because many attendees hang on to their tote bags for years—some never throw them away.

Be part of the kick-off of the 2025 Western Regional Dental Experience by sponsoring the opening keynote speaker on Thursday and/or Friday. This headlining event draws a large crowd, which means great visibility for your company. The sponsorship includes two minutes of mic time or a two-minute video and your company’s logo on the opening slide deck, as well as an opportunity to distribute collateral on attendees’ chairs.
