Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct
The Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and AzDA staff. All participants are expected to and agree to abide by this Virtual Programs Code of Conduct. Please review the full Code of Conduct here.
The Western Regional Dental Experience continues to provide electronic handouts for your convenience! Once registered, enter your registration number found on your confirmation email at to view all speaker handouts. If a handout is not listed, the speaker has chosen not to provide a digital handout for the course.
Live CE hours
The CE hours you received from the virtual WRDE will be counted as live CE units as long as you watch the courses during their scheduled live stream times April 9 & April 10, 2021. If you watch the courses after April 9 & April 10 they will be considered webinars.
Where are the courses located?
After you register and before the convention, you will receive an email with your registration ID. On the day of the first event, you’ll be directed to the convention website and will login using the registration ID that was emailed to you. Once logged in, you will see the daily courses under the My Courses and All Courses tab.
Will I be able to view courses after the virtual convention concludes?
Yes. All courses will be recorded and available for viewing until May 10, 2021.
Will I be able to ask questions or chat within each course?
Yes. There will be a Q&A window where you can type in your questions and we will address as many questions as time allows.
I’ve clicked on the “View Course” a little early. Why is nothing happening?
Each course room will only become active approximately 10 minutes before the course begins.
Exhibit Hall
The virtual exhibit hall will be available starting Friday, April 9 and will remain available for 30 days after the event.
Course Schedule
All virtual courses will begin promptly at their designated time and will close after 30 minutes of the start time. Please plan accordingly to “arrive” at the time of the course.
Live Participation
Have a question to ask the speaker? Our virtual hosting program has a feature for that. Jot down your question(s) and during the Q&A portion of the course, you’ll be able to ask the speaker your questions live using the Zoom Q&A feature.
What will virtual WRDE look like?
All registered attendees will have access to view courses live via this website on April 9 & April 10, 2021. Registered attendees will be able to earn up to 18 hours of continuing education until May 10, 2021.
How will I get CE credit?
A CE code will be announced by the speaker at the end of the course. Enter that code on this event website after the course to be issued a CE certificate. You will receive your CE certificate via email. Additional instructions will be emailed before the virtual convention.
Do I need a Zoom ID to access the courses?
No, you do not. You will automatically be entered into the course when you click on the red “View Course” button. You will be asked the first time for your name and email so the speaker can answer any questions you may ask.
What if I can’t access the courses through my device? Can I still participate in the virtual convention?
When you select the “View Course” button beside a course, you will be directed to install and use Zoom to view the courses. If that doesn't work, click the “join from your browser” link on the webpage to view the session without installing Zoom.
WRDE is consistently cited as a top membership benefit!
To receive the Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) member discount, you must pay the 2021 dues before registering for the 2021 Convention unless taking part of the Dues Payment Program. For Allied Members, 2021 membership dues must be paid in full to complete the Convention registration as an allied team member. Membership dues can be paid by visiting Questions? Refunding my registration

If you have experienced an extraordinary situation that you would like considered for a refund, please email
