Let's Be Upfront:

Mastering the front desk and its systems isn't as simple as it used to be in the past. Effective administrative team members are not only responsible to greet patients, fill the schedule and answer the phones. They have to understand production goals and how to schedule each day effectively to reach those goals. They must have an understanding of all the different insurance plans and how to post adjustments correctly and understand how to negotiate those fees with the insurance companies. They need to be up to date with social media and understand the role it plays in the practice. Be able to conduct evaluations and new patient interviews that enhance back office treatment acceptance. Failure to perform these critical duties in an effective manner can result in loss for your practice. This session will focus on these issues and give the participants effective tools that can be implemented in their practice.
